Where’s your compass?

Compass. What compass?

We all use GPS now. Just enter where we want to go and there it is. The Answer. Just follow the instructions.

But the thing is, when we’re creating a new path there is no map. Indeed we usually don’t even know the destination with certainty.

In our new beginnings, making a start is stepping out into the unknown. We can learn from other quiet disruptors who have gone before us. And take encouragement from those alongside.

But they can’t tell us the way of our path. That’s for us to make by walking.

So where’s your compass? What are you relying on to help you take a step forward today… and tomorrow?
