Where is your unique creative expression?

We all have an innate capacity for creativity.

And when we were small children, this was expressed in so many different ways. From how to get ‘them’ – parents and caregivers – to meet our needs, to the gloriously rich and imaginative games we played before someone told us the rules.

Yet, many of us have forgotten this need for expression. And have discounted the very things that we are capable of.

So it’s good to be reminded:

“Expressing oneself in the world and creativity are the same. It may not be possible to know who you are without somehow expressing it.”
