What catches our attention?

We all see and hear the same things, right?

Actually, no. What we are drawn to over a period of time differs hugely, even if we’re looking in the same direction.

The interesting thing is what shapes our attention filters. What is behind the conversations we have in our heads, that might be expressed in our work or our art? The emotional patterns that repeat time and time again.

Is it a mirror for us to see inside ourselves more clearly, or a call to action?

Either way, paying attention to it creates more generous space for us to make a difference.
