The gratitude habit

We have so much to be grateful for. Every day.

And yet, we’re often not very good at practising the habit.

We’re usually rushing into the next thing. Neither pausing to appreciate what has just been or taking time at the end of the day for reflection.

But simply trying to make it a habit, without being intentionally present, is empty.

Gratitude comes from our inner being and it is trained by our practice. It’s not a means to an end, it’s simply a healthy way of being.
