The gift of seeing the familiar differently

One of the most precious gifts we can give or receive is to see differently.

Noticing a different dimension in the everyday. Seeing the treasure beneath the surface.

As we approach the end of this year, I wonder what the gift of seeing differently would offer us. Both as we look back and forward.

Or, to quote Rabbi Abraham Heschel:

“Our goal should be to live in radical amazement… because everything is phenomenal; everything is incredible; never treat life casually. To be spiritual is to be amazed.”

Pause. See differently. Re-story 🌿
