It’s about the ripples, not the splash.
Changing the conversation for good by being the pebble in the pond.
Interrupting the normal flow with a pause.
Creating fresh sight with questions, not answers.
Birthing new stories about how things are that shift how we talk.
Together becoming the change we want to see.
Welcome to The Art of Quiet Disruption.
Pause. See differently. Re-story 🌿
Musings
Do you wonder why we’re still talking about change management? And waiting for someone else to take the lead?
Me too.
Because apart from short-term, high-risk situations, there has to be a better way.
In our entangled and uncertain world, where one voice cannot know all the answers, we can cultivate a different way to navigate forward. With more wisdom. Together.
This is the art of quiet disruption for those who want to inspire a different kind of change that multiplies. For the better.
Inspiring beautiful change by being more human.
Changing the conversation for good.
The Art of Quiet Disruption
Seeding beautiful words
is an act of radical hope
that words make worlds.Pause. See differently. Re-story.
Practice and presence
I’ve been developing this practice for years in the company of many – in person and through their work.
And realise that it always starts with a pause—some level of interruption in the busyness of our minds and lives.
With this, we can see the world around us differently and hear each other; therefore, we become more open to possibilities.
Therefore to practice the art, we have to be present and intentional because this isn’t a concept or knowledge that can be taught.
It happens through experience – our experience and that of those around us. And it changes our story about who we are and what we can do.
