There is no such thing as perfect sight. When we ‘pick a lane’, set our compass or decide to pursue something that we are passionate about, we can never clearly predict the outcome.
We are not machines and the world in which we live is not that predictable. Even the most finely tuned instruments operate differently depending on atmospheric pressure and how high they are above sea level.
The thing about disruption is that it is unpredictable. We are not recreating something that exists but exploring something new. So we have choices every day, every week, every month, every year.
The question is, are we going to accept that a role in the ongoing creation of the world is a journey and not a destination?
Tomorrow is First Friday – so we are at The Waterside with our open space between 11am and 4pm. Discussion about Quiet Disruptors will be over lunch from 1pm to 2pm. Feel free to join us anytime.
