Quiet disruptors – changing the conversation for good

Because we are fundamentally relational beings, our engagement with and perception of the world is shaped by our conversations every day.

These conversations may be local or global, and everything in between. They tend to either confirm or in some way reshape the way we think things are: from the way we live our daily lives and do our work, to the meaning of life, the universe, and well, everything.

For those who believe things could be better, we have a choice: criticise from the sidelines or have the courage to become the change we want to see.

But this can’t be a solo act, turning the tide is too much for one person alone.

Neither can we change the conversation if we can’t hear our voice, or know what is important to us and propels us out of our comfort zone.

And then there’s the space. Because if we are going to flourish and realise the possibilities, we also need to create the opportunity to reflect and recharge. Otherwise, all we have is the repetition of existing noise, and this is about a different kind of change. One that emerges and grows fresh fruit.
