Planting seeds of good words

For the author Katherine May, it was a dictionary.

A book of words from her grandmother was the only book in the house.

As a child, she fed off those words.

As an adult, she harvested them.

And continues to create the bread of words that we feed from. With gratitude.

Pause. See differently. Re-story 🌿

~ Some will know Katherine’s book ‘Wintering: The Power of Rest and Retreat in Difficult Times’, published in 2020. I enjoyed her conversation with Elizabeth Oldfield on The Sacred podcast this weekend.
