We can do some things on our own but are far better together.
Take repairing fences, for example.
Yes, we do have the tools to do a solo job. But it’s much easier and quicker when we are two.
And then there are things that we cannot do alone.
Take shearing the alpacas, for example.
There’s no chance that we can do this by ourselves. But with two, it’s doable and safer.
You’ve guessed. We’ve just started our annual shearing, though we needed to do some fence repairs beforehand to stop the boys opportunistically wandering.
So maybe it’s a good time to ask whether we’re endeavouring to do things alone when it would be better together.
