Musing on the anatomy of a pause

Yes, inside a pause.

Have you ever wondered what happens inside a pause?

No, neither had I.

But what an interesting question.

Is it empty, the space for nothingness?

Are the boundaries impervious or fluid?

Is there movement, or is it static?

What could emerge from a pause, and how might we be changed in the process?

In a conversation earlier in the week, we talked about the energy and playfulness of creating an interior space – a pause.

It made me want to step inside. Not as an escape, but to embrace aliveness.

How about you?
