Coming home again

Today is a milestone, and I cross a threshold.

I had thought it was a threshold going out.

Yet I now realise it is a threshold coming in.

I no longer need the coat I’ve been wearing for years.

It’s time to take it off…

May all that is unforgiven in you,
Be released.

May your fears yield
Their deepest tranquilities.

May all that is unlived in you,
Blossom into a future,
Graced with love.

There is space here for all of us.
