Yesterday dawned bright and clear.
But we were still asleep, so the alpaca rounds were a little later than usual.
By then, the winter sun had made its glorious appearance, filling the valley with light and beautiful winter colours that took my breath away.
So finally, here as promised, is the whole poem.
Take a deep breath, relax and enjoy.
A BLESSING FOR BREATH
May you breathe in peace
and breathe out calm,
taking your place in the world
as a builder of bridges.May you breathe in beauty
and breathe out wonder,
becoming a vessel for the
awesome mystery of life.May you breathe in love
and breathe out compassion,
tending the broken places and
watering seeds of hope.May you breathe in joy
and breathe out laughter,
filling hearts with gladness
and abundance in living.May your breath sustain you,
enliven and remind you
of your precious presence
in a beautiful, breathing world.+ Sue Heatherington

A few good words
Another, timely poem from a while ago – in the introduction to ‘Quiet Disruptors: Creating Change Without Shouting’.
THIS TIME
Pause,
see with fresh eyes,
understand where
you are.Put on
your own name
and cross this
threshold.For this
time is now
waiting for
you.+ Sue Heatherington
