Thanks for dropping by.

I am Sue Heatherington, and I have been quietly disrupting for most of my life. Passionate about crossing boundaries to do things that matter and creating change without shouting.

Currently, I am cultivating Be More Poet because I sense we need fresh sight and a different language for the times we are living in.

We want to make a difference, yet wonder what we can do and know the old hero model is past its sell-by date.

Instead, we can tap into the powerful effect of changing the conversation for good. Because words shape how we see and make sense of the world around us. And good words inspire hope.

This is a ripple effect that starts here, with you and me, because words make worlds.

At the quiet edge,
away from the noise,
what do we see?
And in the silence
where stillness reigns,
what do we hear?
What shapes our attention
when boundaries fade
and we feel our way forward?

These days ask a
different posture of us:
to find the quiet edge
in order to hear,
and lean into the unknowing,
in order to see.
For this is the brave space
where we hear the whisper
of who we’re called to be.
